2019 Frogs Stroke Clinic starts next week!! 

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-7:30 for the next two weeks.  Please refer to the details below for your swimmers assigned time time.

Monday, May 13; Wednesday, May 15;  Friday, May 17 and 

Group 1 (age group: 5 - 12 yr) 5:30-6:30 pm

Group 1 - 11-12 yr old for new swimmers

Group 2 (age group: 11 - 15 yr old and over) 6:30-7:30 pm

Group 2 - 11-12 yr old for returning swimmers
