Location: Addison Village Hall - 1 Friendship Plaza, Addison, IL 60101

Registered Frog Swimmers and registered swim parents are FREE. If you would like to bring siblings, grandparents, or other guests please see the cost chart below.

• Adults: $10 ea.
• Children (4-18 yrs.) $7 ea.
• Children 3 and under = Free

All additional payments will be due the night of the banquet, but guests must be registered by Wednesday please. Please pay by check (payable to Addison Frogs Booster Club) or cash.
