Hi families!

Our next parent board meeting will be Thursday, March 10 at 6:30. In the meantime, lots of things are happening and we will be in touch when details are firmed up. The DSDC is meeting next week and will discuss changes proposed by the park districts in the conference. Some of the changes include keeping the Wednesday night meets and dropping most of the Saturday meets altogether--hello free weekends! Another proposed change is moving the conferences to one weekend at the end of July instead of two. The parent board was in favor of the changes and we are hoping they will pass. 

At next month's meeting, we will let you know what was decided by the DSDC and we will begin to firm up some registration items and get the ball rolling on the swim season.  On our end, we are looking into doing a two-week stroke clinic prior to the beginning of the season and will send out details when we have them. 

Trial week starts the Tuesday after Memorial day, so mark your calendars! We are still in need of a team secretary. Could it be you? Summer is just around the corner and we can't wait to jump in!
