The meet director has chosen to continue taking on the role for 2026.

The secretary & treasurer have chosen to remain and fulfill their 2 year terms in 2026.

The vice-president has chosen NOT to ascend to the presidency; but they are willing to return as vice-president for 2026. Any parent club member who wishes to may nominate themselves for 2026 vice-president.

The president's term is over, but they are wiling to return for 2026. Any parent club member who wishes to may nominate themselves for 2026 president. The current president is also DSDC representative, Webmaster, & Fundraising Chair, so those roles may have to be filled as well..

1- Any current parent club member who wishes to be vice-president, please respond as such. The vice-president resides for one year, with an option to ascend to the presidency the following year. In the case of more than one member coming forward, an election will be held.

2 - Any current parent club member who wishes to be president, please respond as such. In the case of more than one member coming forward, an election will be held..

3 -The parent club needs a parent(s) to act as record keeper apprentice, as to insure that we have a competent record keeper for the near future. The team cannot exist without one or more parents performing this crucial role. Any parent willing to take on the role of record keeper apprentice, please respond as such.

Remember: Parents acting as parent board members or record keeper do NOT have to submit a volunteer deposit and are not required to volunteer any further; although every current member of the board absolutely does volunteer much more than they are required to.

Parents may also take on the role of committee chair for the following committees:

Social - organize parties, parades, events and banquet.

Fundraising - Solicit sponsors, help with Swimathon & conference raffles

Conference Meet - Lead the parent board with decorations, programs & hospitality. Act as liaison with park district. Assist the meet director with volunteers. (Assuming we'll be hosting either meet next year)

     Committee chairs recruit & lead recruited committee members

Any parent willing to take on any or all of these roles please respond as such. Committee chairs will receive 2 volunteer pts guaranteed, with as much as 10 more points possibly credited, following the parent board's assessment of work performed.
