🚨 If you see the word ALT next to a swimmer's name for a relay, this means they are an alternate. Alternates will step in if a primary swimmer is unable to compete due to illness or injury on the day of the meet.

🚨 Be sure to check both B and A Conference lineups. Even if you're swimming in B Conference, you may be listed as a relay alternate for A Conference.

📌 Important Reminder: Coaches will attend the seed meeting on Tuesday, July 7. Any schedule conflicts must be communicated and adjusted before this meeting. No changes can be made after the seed meeting, so please check your swimmer’s availability carefully.
