Wednesday July 12 is an AWAY Swim Meet at Barlett Aquatic Center 620 W Stearns Rd Barlett

Arrive:     5:30 pm

Warm Ups:  5:45 pm

Meet Start:  6:30 pm

***If you are going to be late or cannot make the meet due to an emergency, please contact Coach Matt 630-656-8919, Coach Annalise 630-306-2146 or Maggie Zimmerman  630-290-2146, AS SOON AS YOU KNOW, the sooner the better***

Please be sure to bring warm clothes for when the sun goes down, as well as suncreen and bug spray.

We are hosting B Conference at our Addison Pool this year. As a result we will need all families to volunteer at B Conference, even if your child(ren) are swimming in A Conference. Hosting the meet creates many additional volunteer opportunities such as writing the times down in each lane, helping with the hospitality table, running, set up and much more. We truly needs all hands on deck on this day. All volunteers at B Conference will be getting a T Shirt. Once you have signed up to volunteer please email Rebecca Boehm at [email protected] or see Armela at Wednesday nights meet for your T shirt size preference. We need all sizes sent to Rebecca or spoken to Armela by the end of the day on Wednesday July 12 AND we need your name on the volunteer list in order to get your T Shirt.

Do not forget to attend Family Swim Night on Saturday July 15 7:00-10:00. Our team will supply water to drink for the night we are asking families who attend to please bring an appitizer or a dessert to share with the group. We are looking forward to enjoying a night of swimming, music and snacks.

All Swimmers are to check in with their coaches when they arrive. All volunteers please check in with Lee Obrzut. If you did not get a chance to sign up to volunteer please see Lee to see what positions are open.  We still need many volunteers at away meets. 

Please RSVP to Saturday July 15 meet by Thursday at noon. It is important to RSVP so our coaches can plan an accurate line up. 

Please make sure to pick up garbage and clean your area up after the meet.Please check to make sure nothing is left behind.
