End of Year Banquet
Dear Addison Frog Parents.
We are thinking of doing something different about banquet this year, and we need your opinions. We have projected we will have $6094.00 at the end of the season (this does not include concessions for the next meet and B Conference) and would like to spend that money on the swimmers. We are considering the following options for Banquet and the Booster Club will cover the cost of the Swimmer + 2 (per family).
1. Community - Like we have had it every year . (Awards , Dinner and Swim afterwards). The cost to the team for this would $1650.00 for food only
2. Rock And Jump in Carol Stream. (Awards, Dinner and 2 hrs of jump time). The cost to the team would be $1650.00 for food plus $1600.00 to rent the facility which includes jump time of 2 hrs for 150.00 people + $75.00 for additional 50 jumpers. We will bring ballots at the swim meet on Saturday. Please stop by the scorer's table to get your ballot. There will be one vote per family. If you will not be at the swim meet you can cast your vote via email to [email protected]; [email protected]. Please use both emails to cast your vote .
Also, Magic Waters no longer allows coolers in the water park . You can bring your cooler and leave it in the car and go out of the park to eat.We are thinking of providing the swimmers with a wrist band of $7.00 to cover the cost of a quick lunch. There will also be a spot in the ballot to select if you would like that option or not.
As a summary: one vote per family and ballots/ emails are due by end of day Saturday July 1st.
Attached you will find the ballot form in case you want to fill it out and turn it in, although we will bring copies on Saturday.
