Hello Frog families,

 

Very exciting!  It's that time of year already!  Registration for the swim and dive team begins this week. In order to easily complete all necessary forms and turn in fees to the booster club board, please come on one of the following days:

Thursday, April 20th from 6pm-9pm 

Saturday, April 22nd from 10am-1pm.  

 

Board members will be present to answer all questions and check off that all forms and fees are received by the board.  

 

Swimmers Edge will be there if you would like to try on and order team suits and other swim related gear.  If you purchase a team suit at this time, your order will be delivered to your child at practice, you will not have to drive out to the store in Woodridge. So easy!

 

**Please note- We will only have 1 apparel order this season and order forms will be due BEFORE the season starts.  If you would like to place an apparel order please come on one of the above days to make sure that your order is completed and turned in on time to the appropriate people.  After the registration dates, the park district staff will NOT take any apparel order forms, they must be turned in to the booster club board.

 

If you are unable to make either of the registration dates, you may still register at the park but please contact one of the following people to turn in all forms and fees that the booster club requires.  Your registration is not complete until you do so.
