The season is coming to an end and we have calculated the volunteer hours.

You  are getting this email because you have partially competed the volunteer sessions needed (8 for returning families and 6 for new families).

Therefore we will be depositing the check you gave us. We will wait  1 week and mail out a new check for the volunteer sessions you completed.

For example: You are a returning family and gave us a deposit of $80.00.  You have completed 6 volunteer sessions. We will deposit your check of $80.00 and issue and mail you a check for $20.00.

Please check the website to make sure we have the correct address for your family.
