Check in: 6:30am (Check in with coaches and Volunteer Coordinator)

Warm Ups: 6:45am-7:15am

Meet starts: 8:00am

 

Please call the coaches ASAP if you have an emergency and are unable to attend OR if you are running late.

ADDITIONAL NEWS:

CAR WASH- This Sunday at the Links and Tees parking lot.  Please come to help! 9:00am-1:00pm  Check out the Frogs website for more info and printable flyers.

 

We need parents to RSVP availability for all swimmers for BOTH A and B conferences ASAP.  This does not mean that your RSVP will determine which meet your swimmer/s are entered in, the coaches decide this, but it will give the coaches the chance to start working on those line ups ahead of time. The line ups for the conference meets are to be turned into the DSDC soon so that the meets can be created ahead of time.

 

B Conference Hosts- Given the size (smallness) of our team we require that all families volunteer for B conference whether your child is entered into the meet or not.  It takes significantly more volunteers to run a conference meet so we need all the help we can muster. This is a great opportunity for 3 more volunteer sessions for everyone. You can sign up for 1-3 sessions with this meet.  It is split a little differently than a regular dual meet. Please sign up on the website.  (**We can even use help from the older swimmers that are not entered into the meet. We need help with runners, giving out heat winner prizes, passing out hospitality snacks and water, etc etc.  Their volunteering will still earn your family's volunteer credits!!!)

 

Lost and Found- Please see Coach Annalise if you are missing any items.  She has been hanging on to several found items (3 are water bottles/travel mugs just from the last meet).  Also check in the guard room, they also have a lost and found bin.  A girls team suit was found outside at Community after practice today. It will be at the meet tomorrow. Please see Monique Sampey or stop by the score table.
