Check in: 5:00pm (Check in with coaches and Volunteer Coordinator)

Warm Ups: 5:15pm-5:45pm

Meet starts: 6:30pm

 

Please call the coaches ASAP if you have an emergency and are unable to attend OR if you are running late.

ADDITIONAL NEWS

-Thanks to all that participated in the Frogathon!! We had a great turn out. Special thanks to Doe Mitchell for organizing the volunteers that fed those hungry kids and to all those that donated food items!!  Please turn in pledge money by July 6th.  Money can be turned in to a board member or Doe Mitchell (can usually find one or more at the pool during practices and meets)

-3 more boxes of chocolates left!  Please see Doe Mitchell to get your box to sell. 630-202-8759  Chocolate money is due next week.

-Please remember to check mailboxes at meets. Also, if you are not interested in keeping your ribbons, they can be recycled and turned back in to the empty mailbox.

-Don't forget, CAR WASH is on July 10th.  Links and Tees parking lot.  Washers and dryers needed!

--Our team will be hosting B conference this year.  The theme will be SWIM WARS- an obvious take on Star Wars.  Please start those creative juices flowing regarding food and decoration ideas.  Planning meeting date will be announced soon. We need A LOT of volunteers to make this event run smoothly and to make it FUN!
