World’s Finest Chocolates
Hi Everyone,
Welcome back to the Frogs! It’s been so nice to see everyone and also to meet our new families. The weather has cooperated this season so far (well, except for that first meet). Thank you to everyone who has helped out and made our new families feel welcome.
The season will going by quickly and we wanted to get some fundraising efforts in. Our fundraising goes toward team events including the Team Banquet, Magic Waters Outing, Swimmer’s Gift, etc. One of our new fundraising goals this year is Clerk of Course benches. Our high level estimate for new benches is $2,500.
Our current fundraiser is World’s Finest Chocolate bar sales. We ordered 30 boxes of sixty (60) variety bars. They will sell for $1.00 per bar and we will make 50% (.50 cents) profit. This fundraiser is NOT mandatory. You don’t have to sell, but we need to make our goals. If we sell 100% of our order, we will make $900 for the team!! This will help fund our above mentioned fundraising goals (Banquet, etc). We appreciate your willingness to help us achieve these goals for the kids.
The chocolate bars have arrived and they will be at most morning practices. We will be on our honor system - all you need to do is sign out a box and we have until Monday, July 6th to complete our sales.
If you would like to sell chocolates, please follow the below steps:
1.E-mail Doe  @ [email protected] that you can sell chocolates for our team and how many boxes you would like to sell.
2. Please provide your name, telephone number, swimmer’s name and their practice time. Chocolates must be signed out by the parent.
3. If you cannot pick up chocolates at practice, please let me know and we can make arrangements.
