Frog Swim Team Fundraiser 2015

Hi Everyone,

What a great season so far!  Even though the weather has been tricky at times, our team did not lose their spirit.  We all helped each other out, organized the kids, tried to keep warm, etc.  Our new families also rolled up their sleeves and jumped right in to help.  Thanks everyone!

The season is going by quickly and we wanted to get some fundraising efforts in.  Our fundraising goes toward team events including the Banquet, Magic Waters Outing, Swimmer’s Gift, etc.

Our current fundraiser is World’s Finest Chocolate bar sales. We ordered 30 boxes of sixty (60) variety bars.  They will sell for $1.00 per bar and we will make 50% (.50 cents) profit. This fundraiser is NOT mandatory.  You don’t have to sell, but we need to make our goals.  If we sell 100% of our order, we will make $900 for the team!!  This will help fund our above mentioned fundraising goals (Banquet, etc.)  Once we meet our current fundraising goals, we can start saving for a new Starter/Timing System.  Many of you have seen these new systems at some of our away swim meets.  We understand that there are so many things families are involved in as well as other fundraisers to support.  We appreciate your willingness to help us achieve these goals for the kids.

The chocolate bars have arrived and they will be at the morning practices.  We will be on our honor system - all you need to do is sign out a box and we have until Monday, July 13th to complete our sales.

If you would like to sell chocolates, please follow the below steps:

1.  Respond to this email that you can sell chocolates for our team and how many boxes you would like to sell.
2. Please provide your name, telephone number, swimmer’s name and their practice time.  Chocolates must be signed out by the parent. 
3. If you cannot pick up chocolates at practice, please let me know and we can make arrangements.
