This Friday 5/25 Stroke clinic has been canceled and no practice Monday 5/28. Same practice times Tuesday 5/29 at Club Fitness.Have a good Memorial Day weekend.

Weather permitting we will be at the pool itself then move indoors to Bensenville Park Disitrict building.

All registered swimmers are now welcome to come to the May 21st to 25th Addison Frogs Stroke Clinic. In years past this has been a separate fee, but the Addison Park District has graciously included the class with the swim team registration.

Frogs Swim and Dive registration for the 2018 season will be held in the Centennial Club Fitness lobby tonight from 6 - 8 pm.

Swim OR Dive Team Only $165

Swim AND Dive Team $200

Early Bird pricing ends May 1. ($155/$190)
